Due to the coronavirus pandemic, The Panda Scarf Store has suspended all returns until further notice. In order to protect our staff, all sales on merchandise including fabric, masks, and sewing supplies are considered final sales.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
